iReclaim Method – Terms of Service

1. The Program

The iReclaim Method is a structured program designed to support pelvic health, intimacy and partner relationships through a combination of:

• Educational content

• Guided exercises and practices

• Group coaching sessions

• Community support

• Optional 1:1 coaching

Program details (including duration, inclusions, and delivery format) are described at the time of purchase and may evolve over time.

2. Nature of Services (Important)

The Program provides education, guidance, and coaching support.

• It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

• It does not replace care from a qualified healthcare professional.

Content is general in nature and not tailored to your individual circumstances.

You should always seek advice from a qualified healthcare provider regarding any medical concerns. Participation is at your own discretion and risk.

3. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old

• You must have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement

4. Payments

• The Program is offered as a one-off purchase unless otherwise stated

• Payment must be made in full (or via an approved payment plan, if offered)

• All pricing is displayed at the time of purchase

• Payments are processed securely via third-party providers, including Stripe.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day risk-free guarantee.

• You may request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase.

• After this period, refunds are not provided

6. Program Access

• You will receive access to the Program content and app-based materials as described at purchase

• “Lifetime access” refers to access for as long as the Program remains available

• We reserve the right to update or modify content over time

7. Group Coaching & Community

As part of the Program, you may access:

• Live group coaching sessions

• A private community space

By participating, you agree to:

• Engage respectfully with others

• Maintain confidentiality of other participants

• Not share or reproduce content from the group

• Not provide unsolicited or prescriptive health advice to other participants

• Not promote products or services without prior written permission from iReclaim

We reserve the right to remove participants who breach these expectations.

9. Intellectual Property

All Program content — including videos, audio, exercises, materials, illustrations, and branding — is owned by iReclaim or its licensors.

You may:

• Use the content for personal, non-commercial use

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or share Program content

• Record or redistribute coaching sessions

• Use content for commercial purposes

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

iReclaim is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the Program.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

11. Termination

We may suspend or remove access to the Program if you:

• Breach these Terms

• Engage in harmful or inappropriate behavior

• You may stop participating at any time. Refunds are subject to Section 5.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

The latest version will always be available on our website.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
